The management of Zibo Gomma has voluntarily decided to implement within its organization, aimed at the production and marketing of technical rubber items, a management system compliant with the requirements of the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

The Management, in implementing and maintaining the aforementioned management system, commits to:

• detect and meet the relevant expectations of stakeholders, ensuring continuity by providing them with reliable services, ensuring safe and healthy working conditions for its workers and those of the companies operating within the corporate perimeter, acting for the protection of the environment through the prevention of pollution, climate change, and other specific environmental aspects related to its context;
• continuously ensure financial stability by considering all economic aspects in planning activities in the interest of itself and the stakeholders;
• maintain a high level of competence, motivation, and awareness among all personnel, understood as a process of human resource growth and, where economically sustainable, improving processes through the application of the best technologies;
• comply with mandatory regulations and those voluntarily subscribed regarding the quality of the service provided, for the health and safety of workers, and for environmental protection;
• eliminate hazards and reduce risks to the health and safety of workers;
• support a process of consultation and participation with workers on health and safety at work;
• monitor performance for the continuous improvement of its management system;
• prevent accidents, incidents, and work-related illnesses;

• prevent pollution by systematically applying the requirements of the system;
• prevent potential emergency situations and respond promptly to them, adopting a defined methodology;
• adopt the requirements of its management system in relations with external organizations or entities;
• engage qualified suppliers, contractors, and collaborators who meet the required legal standards;
• use this policy as a framework for setting corporate objectives;

The Management internally communicates the contents of this policy and makes it available to stakeholders through the company website.
